The Like a Rock t-shirt is s made of certified organic cotton with a sturdy, heavy-weight structure that holds is shape over time - guaranteed to be the smoothest and most durable tee in your cramped travel bag. This classic Phipps tee has a slim Hollywood-style fit with clean finishings and features this season’s heavy-hitting « Like a Rock » slogan, teamed with an appropriated stars-and-stripes flag motif on the back.
The American flag is painted backwards on aircraft and space shuttles, creating the appearance that the flag is afloat, flying with the wind and not against it. It is worn the same way on military uniforms for a similar reason, to look as if it is moving onward with the soldier, never retreating.

This timeless suit jacket is part of our American Classics collection. This new development of our essential wardrobe revisits standards of traditional tailoring through the Phipps aesthetic. Made from luxurious lightweight wool with a flecked sandstone colour, this jacket was crafted by expert Italian tailors. Its artisanal construction was built with organic cotton, its shoulder pads using recycled materials, with a biodegradable lining securing its eco-responsible status. This jacket’s unique one-and-a-half-breasted closure, smartphone chest pocket and straight hem offer a contemporary take on sartorial classics.
Rethinking the architecture of the ideal suit, the Prospector jacket features a unique hand-sewn construction using organic canvas tailoring and the bare minimum of glue - the only one of its kind on the market.

Garment-dyed organic cotton canvas
The workwear shorts are made of compact cotton drill/canvas that is garment dyed, adding subtle variations of colours to its textured twill base, and giving it a rugged look. Because workwear should be as sturdy as it is comfortable, we built in a gusset system with no middle seam and a reinforced crotch - Phipps’ patented package-protecting system.These revised carpenter shorts are finished with rivets and Hell’s Angels-inspired details; D- rings on gros-grain tabs allowing you to tie your bandana on the road.
Levi Strauss was the first company to manufacture riveted pants in the 1800s. Jacob Davis set up a partnership with Levi Strauss, who he was accustomed to purchasing denim from. Together, they acquired a patent for ‘improvement in fastening pocket-openings’ in 1873, securing their leading role in the industry.
